MICHAEL DE LEW, SIOR

    Michael De Lew, SIOR is a Founding Partner of RealComm Advisors and has been a full time industrial real estate professional since 1990. Having worked with boutique firms such as Burke Commercial Real Estate and Stuart Mixer Commercial Oncor International, Michael has also spent time with two national brands, Lee & Associates and the last 20 years with Colliers International. Michael was inducted into the Everest Club at Colliers, the top 10% of agents in the U.S. Michael also served two (2) years as the Marketing Director for the Palms Business Centers, a local development concern handling all facets of leasing and Tenant Improvements. While at the Palms Business Centers, Michael gained invaluable institutional experience working directly with their financial partner, Copley Real Estate Advisors, the commercial real estate arm of New England Life Pension. His education includes a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, with a business minor, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in addition to being a licensed real estate broker in Nevada. Mike received the SIOR designation in 2001, being recognized as a member of the elite group of real estate agents throughout the nation. He has served the SIOR Nevada chapter as Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, President, Past President, Education Chair, and since 2005 has continued to serve as the Golf Tournament Chair organizing the chapter’s annual SIOR Street Teens charity golf tournament.

    Michael G. De Lew consistently ranks at the top of all commercial real agents in Southern Nevada. Mr. De Lew is experienced in all phases of industrial real estate specializing in development feasibility analysis and design, investment property, land acquisitions, and leasing and sales to both users and investors. He has built strong relationships within the local and regional development community based on a respect for his comprehensive understanding of the development process. GREG PANCIROV, SIOR

    Business Background

    Greg Pancirov, SIOR is Founding Partner of RealComm Advisors and has been conducting full-time commercial real estate since 1997. Mr. Pancirov has a broad background in the real estate field. Initially conducting retail sales & leasing at Colliers International, he marketed and leased approximately 2 million square feet of anchor retail developments. Prior to starting his brokerage career, Mr. Pancirov served under a master appraiser for 3 years as a commercial/residential analyst, performing market research, comparable studies, residential appraisal and site inspections. Additionally, he worked with a local general contracting company doing all facets of tenant improvements which provided him “hands-on” experience and a direct understanding of timeframes, cost and management of the construction side of real estate. Mr. Pancirov has been a Las Vegas resident since 1976 and has vast knowledge of the current and developing trends of the market. Additionally, he is a licensed commercial real estate broker and an active member of the SIOR and CCIM chapters.

    With a sole focus on Las Vegas Industrial real estate, Mr. Pancirov handles every facet of industrial property including: land acquisition, leasing, building sales, development consultation and investment sales & analysis.     Jennifer Levine joined RealComm Advisors in 2018 as a Senior Vice President.  She has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and land since she began her career in 2005 with Cushman & Wakefield. Jennifer is selective in client representation ensuring a highly personalized service – an approach she highly values, knowing her clients appreciate and trust her personal attention, experience, market knowledge, attention to detail, and responsiveness to their needs.

    Recognized as one of the premier commercial real estate professionals in Las Vegas by clients and brokers alike, Jennifer is a frequent moderator and panelist on numerous industrial market panels for NAIOP, CCIM, and the Appraisal Institute.

    Elizabeth joined RealComm Advisors in 2018 as a Senior Vice President.  Elizabeth has specialized in industrial and office sales and leasing since beginning her commercial real estate career in 2004. Her client-focused approach is inspired by her previous 15 years in the hospitality and gaming industry. She was involved in opening both the Four Seasons Hotel in New York, and the Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. She held positions in catering management and as concierge. Today, Elizabeth’s commercial real estate clients consistently recommend her based on her unparalleled customer service, frequent follow up, and treating their real estate decisions as if they were her own.

BOB HAWKINS, SIOR

    Throughout Mr. Hawkins’ extensive real estate career, he has represented major clients with their commercial real estate needs to include CW Capital, Citibank, Brookhollow Group, DRA Advisors, Koll Company, First American Title, to name a few, and has also represented many owners & developers with comprehensive marketing plans resulting in high levels of occupancy within their commercial portfolios. During his career he has completed nearly 1,000 transactions totaling in excess of $320 Million. Mr. Hawkins’ uncompromised integrity, extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market, as well as his innate ability to navigate through the deal process and get deals closed has helped forge strong bonds with his clients throughout his successful career.

    Bob has been a resident of Las Vegas since 2002 and enjoys traveling with his wife and children in their motorhome on many camping trips. He also loves boating, off-road adventures and hiking.

    Warren has real estate licenses in both Nevada and California and has been a full time industrial real estate professional since 1974. As the patriarch of Team Noack, Warren specializes in all facets of industrial real estate transactions. Warren’s impressive resume includes land acquisitions and build-to-suit development opportunities for Owner-Users, Investors and Developers. Completing more than 950 transactions valued at over $400M Warren frequently achieved production levels to be recognized as a Top Producer.

    Warren and his wife, Geraldine, reside in Boulder City and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2016. Warren continues to explore the world, having lived in Europe as a young man and traveled to many exotic places including Africa. And while he held a private pilot’s license with an instrument rating, he’s now focused on golf, classic cars, driving his 1932 Ford 3-window coupe hot rod and boating on Lake Mead with his wife and their three adult children.

    Kimberly has real estate licenses in both Nevada and California and has been a full time industrial real estate professional since 1999.  As part of Team Noack, Kimberly specializes in industrial sales, leasing, development and investment opportunities. Kimberly’s exceptional attention to details, problem-solving skills, market knowledge and experience allow her to navigate the full spectrum of commercial transactions while providing impeccable service.Kimberly’s involvement in various industry associations, such as NAIOP Southern Nevada and CREW Las Vegas, allows her to gather the most up-to-date information on ever-changing market conditions and trends to provide best-in-class service to the team’s clients.

    Kimberly and her husband, Craig, enjoy boating and hiking with their dog, Milo. Kimberly has successfully controlled her Type I Diabetes since age 5 and is passionate about exercise and eating healthy. She has participated in the Rock n’ Roll Half Marathon in Las Vegas three times and loved it. Kimberly also enjoys the performing arts and regularly attends performances at The Smith Center with her mother and sister.

    Travis has real estate licenses in both Nevada and California and has been a full time industrial real estate professional since 2012. As a part of Team Noack, Travis’ primary focus is to ensure the best outcome for their clients whether they are buying, selling or leasing. Travis excels in the communication skills necessary to nurture every transaction from start to finish and enjoys researching the market to locate the ideal property for every client. Quite the “cold caller” Travis enjoys finding business the old-fashion way by knocking on the door and nurturing the relationships. His involvement in various industry associations, such as NAIOP Southern Nevada and CREW Las Vegas, allows him to stay up to date with current market trends and provide the best possible guidance to the team’s clients.

    Prior to entering the Industrial Real Estate business, Travis was an Automotive Magazine Editor for 14 years traveling the country to photograph and write about custom vehicles. Quite the Automotive Enthusiast, Travis has owned and built several custom show vehicles over the years and campaigned them on the West Coast show circuit. In addition to summer car shows Travis’ is an avid boater and enjoys lake time with his family on Lake Mead in Boulder City, NV.

PAUL HOYT, SIOR

    Paul Hoyt, SIOR is a Senior Vice President with RealComm Advisors industrial division.  Mr. Hoyt began his industrial real estate career in 1995 as a licensed agent at CBRE.  Mr. Hoyt later worked at Colliers International industrial division and subsequently at Savills, Inc., where he served as Vice President and the broker of record for the company in the state of Nevada.  Mr. Hoyt has worked with many national, regional and local developers, Investors and tenants.

    Mr. Hoyt is well versed in commercial industrial real estate with an emphasis on land and building sales, investment sales, leasing and build to suits.  Throughout his prominent brokerage career and with over 28 years of commercial industrial experience in the Las Vegas valley, Mr. Hoyt has negotiated millions of square feet of industrial properties and hundreds of acres of land with an aggregate value in excess of One Billion Five Hundred Million Dollars ($1,500,000,000.00).

    As a native Nevadan, Mr. Hoyt is uniquely equipped to navigate through current real estate trends with historical knowledge of prior trends within the Las Vegas commercial market.  Mr. Hoyt obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and additionally earned his Society of Industrial and Office Realtor’s (SIOR) designation in 2007, indicating his expertise in commercial industrial real estate. He resides in Las Vegas with his two daughters.

    Lauren George is an Executive Assistant at RealComm Advisors.  Prior to joining RealComm Advisors, Lauren was a Marketing Assistant at Chicago Title of Nevada where she performed real estate title research, graphic design, marketing, and client profile administration.  While performing such tasks effortlessly & efficiently during a 5-year period she earned respect and cultivated many strong relationships within the Las Vegas Real Estate Community.  Ms. George was born and raised in Las Vegas and enjoys traveling, reading, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

    Area of Expertise

    Ms. George provides daily administrative support to the team by managing day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment; answering and directing client inquiries; preparation of financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, and client correspondence. In addition, Lauren is responsible to coordinate corporate events such as the Street Teens Charity Golf Tournament, an event that takes place every year.  Ms. George continues to learn, grow, and gain new experiences of the current and developing trends of the Las Vegas Commercial Real Estate Market.
